After skipping a year because I had no idea what I wanted to do, if decided I had to go continue on in school. I attended Century College for my freshman year, then Illinois Central College in Peoria for one semester. Graduated from Illinois State University in Normal in 1977 with a BS in Art History. I worked full time all through school. Married my first wife in 1974 and divorced her in 1976. Married again in 1979, divorced her in 2005. Adopted 5 kids during the second marriage(above). All but the oldest live with their mother. My oldest has given me 2 granddaughters, Alexia (Lexie) - b. 2002, and Izabella (Izzy) - b. 2007, and grandson, Ezekiyhl (Z), who was just born on August 7.
I've been working in IT at State Farm for almost 40 years. Looks like I'll be a 45 year guy because I have to pay for my divorce. I'm hoping to retire in 6 years.
I'm enjoying being single, traveling, woodturning, and photography. |

I really enjoyed my history classes. American with Mr. Fred Anderson, and World with Mrs. Warren. Best classes I ever had. Other than that, for me, the best thing about high school was graduating. |
